This Code of Conduct sets out the expected standards of behaviour for everyone who uses Travel Mistress — clients, companions, and visitors. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you agree to follow this Code.

1. Core Principles

We expect every user to act with:

• Respect — Treat others with courtesy and dignity.
• Consent — All interactions must be freely and clearly agreed.
• Discretion — Protect the privacy of every person on the Platform.
• Honesty — Be truthful in profiles, communications, and intentions.
• Responsibility — Take ownership of your own safety, decisions, and behaviour.

2. Expected Behaviour for All Users

• Communicate politely and professionally.
• Respect stated boundaries, limits, and availability at all times.
• Keep personal information confidential. Do not share another user’s real name, contact details, photos, location, or private messages without explicit permission.
• Report genuine safety concerns, harassment, or illegal activity through the Platform’s reporting tools or support channels.
• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose: discovering and arranging adult companionship experiences between consenting adults.

3. Expected Behaviour for Clients

• Approach companions with respect and clear, honest intentions.
• Read profiles carefully and respect the services, rates, and conditions listed.
• Do not pressure, harass, or repeatedly contact a companion after they have declined or stopped responding.
• Arrive on time (or communicate promptly if delayed) and honour agreed arrangements.
• Never attempt to negotiate rates downward in a way that is disrespectful or coercive.
• Do not request or engage in any activity that is illegal in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Protect the companion’s privacy both during and after any meeting.

4. Expected Behaviour for Companions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information, including photos, rates, and availability.
• Communicate clearly about services offered, boundaries, and screening requirements.
• Treat clients with professionalism and respect, even when declining a request.
• Do not engage in deceptive practices (false photos, misleading descriptions, or bait-and-switch behaviour).
• Report clients who behave inappropriately, harass, or violate safety protocols.
• Comply with all applicable local laws regarding adult services and advertising.

5. Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviour is never acceptable and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation of any kind.
• Non-consensual sharing of private information, photos, or recordings (“doxxing” or revenge distribution).
• Discriminatory language or behaviour based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, or appearance.
• Soliciting or offering illegal services.
• Using the Platform to promote scams, fraud, or financial exploitation.
• Impersonating another person or creating fake accounts.
• Posting or requesting content involving anyone under 18.
• Attempting to bypass Platform security, scrape data, or disrupt the service.
• Any form of physical, sexual, or emotional violence or coercion.

6. Safety and Screening

• Companions may set their own screening requirements. Clients are expected to cooperate fully and honestly.
• Both parties should prioritise personal safety (meeting in public first if desired, informing a trusted person, using secure payment methods, etc.).
• Travel Mistress does not supervise meetings and cannot guarantee safety. Users remain solely responsible for their own risk assessment and decisions.

7. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity and nature of the breach, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Temporarily suspend an account
• Permanently ban an account
• Remove content
• Report serious violations (especially those involving illegal activity or safety threats) to the appropriate authorities

We reserve the right to take action at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

8. Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it promptly using the tools available on the Platform or by contacting support. We take reports seriously and will investigate in a confidential manner where possible.

9. Updates

We may update this Code of Conduct from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Code.
