Policies
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total agreed fee is required to confirm the booking.
For extended or multi-day engagements, the deposit may be adjusted by mutual agreement and confirmed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 72 hours’ notice: Deposit may be credited toward a future booking (valid for 90 days) or, at our discretion, partially refunded.
- 48–72 hours’ notice: Deposit is retained as a cancellation fee; no credit or refund.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: Full deposit is forfeited. Force majeure or genuine emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.
